Funmi, has used her leadership attributes and experienced garnered over the course of active legal practice to be an effective Chairman of the National Committee on the Reform of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap. A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 (ACA), which has produced a Bill for the Repeal and Re-Enactment of the ACA currently before the National Assembly. She also adds considerable value to the corporate and NGO boards she sits on as non-executive director or trustee, including the largest bank in Liberia, Ecobank, Liberia. She also currently serves as the Honorary Legal Adviser and Council Member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria.
