Bolanle has over 11 years experience in IT Service Management of the Telecommunications Industry. She is experienced in ISO 20000 as well as ISO 9001:2015 processes. She ensures premium management of these processes (IT Vendor Management/Supplier Management, SLA Management and Incident/Service Request Management) in – line with these international certifications standards. Her role includes ensuring that optimal service is delivered to all customers as well as consistently exceeding their expectations. She also supervises the quality of service delivered by the Carrier circuit providers and advises the management where necessary.
Bolanle possesses a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from Adekunle Ajasin University and a Masters in Business Administrations from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. She is ITIL certified and also an ISO 20000 Lead Auditor for the Service Management processes.
