Femi, who holds a B.Eng in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, heads the Service Quality Improvement office of VDT communications limited. Femi is a highly efficient, methodical and talented IT operation/Service Quality Manager who has over 17 years experience of developing and implementing effective quality control processes and structures in ICT and corporate environment.
He is a Certified Microsoft Professional (MCP), Mikrotic certified routing expert. He is also a certified Lead Implementer and Auditor for both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 20000-1-2018. Femi possesses ITIL foundation, ITIL strategy and ISO Master. He is a certified Balance scorecard Professional (BCP) and he is an Alumnus of the prestigious PAN-African University (LBS). He has attended many training, seminars and expositions in a wide range of fields and has attended many overseas trainings, seminars and expositions in IT Service Management and Quality Management.
