Abimbola Olabisi Ikumariegbe, is a Nigerian with over 20 years of relevant professional experience. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer at VDT Communications Limited, a member Company of the Bitflux Group.
At VDT, she currently manages the Enterprise & SME business, overseeing strategic growth and customer relationship management of the company. An excellent team player and leader, Bimbo played instrumental role in the formation of the Sales & Marketing Department of VDT Communications and with pacesetting managerial style, led the consistent growth of the company in terms of revenue, expansion and brand visibility.
She is also part of the team that oversee the evolution of VDT service from Enterprise solution only, to the creation of SME and Retail service solutions – VDT SMEmpower and VDT 4G Lte. Bimbo is a Board Member of Bitflux Group and also an Advisory Board Member of the West Africa Internet Exchange (WAF-IX).
Prior to joining VDT Communications Limited in 2001, she worked as a Sales Executive at Bitcoms Systems and also at Magic Software Enterprises. Bimbo holds a BA degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University and also an MBA from the same University. She is also an alumnus of the Pan Atlantic University, Lagos and Westminster Business School, UK. She is ITLI Certified and has undergone series of developmental trainings both within and outside the country.
