The theme of this 2021 international Customer Service Week(CSW) is, “The Power of Service” In 2021 the world continue to experience adverse impact coronavirus pandemic with the development of even more dangerous variants. At the beginning of the year, the new normal and remote work intensified. We have learnt to share workspace with our children and family members. In the midst of all this, none of the challenges is powerful enough to stop us from delivering our service to you. This resilience underlines the theme of this year’s CSW, the Power of Service.
