Firm Donates ICT Centre to School

VDT Communications Limited has donated an ICT centre to Okeya-Ipo High School in the Irepodun Local Government Area of Kwara State.
According to a statement, the centre comprises three classrooms and four offices and is equipped with ICT facilities including other equipment.
The handing over of the centre was done by the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of VDT Communications Limited, Abiodun Omoniyi, and his wife Mrs. Shade Omoniyi.
The company said, “The ICT Centre is well equipped with modern ICT facilities and other equipment including server, 63 workstations, 13 ceiling fans, 7.5KVA inverter with tubular batteries of 5200 watts each, solar panels, two units of 200-Watt solar flood lights, two units of wireless routers and other networking accessories.
