Responsibilities not limited to the following:

  • Coordinate all the activities of our Regional Public Access Venue locations by ensuring direct supervision of all the site activities and the PAV administrators
  • Drive the approved PAV sales and revenue target
  • Development of sales initiatives, branding, campaign activities and recommendations to management on how to enhance and improve revenue generation in each PAV regions
  • Manage the PAV team and the technology used to deliver services
  • Management of the PAV team and the technology used to deliver services
  • Management of the end to end security of all PAV equipment and assests.
  • Travel and site visitation to all PAV regions from time to time to evaluate activities.

Required Basic Skills   

  • Minimum of 5 years background experience in the marketing and sales function preferably in the ICT industry. A technology savvy sales personnel is most desirable.
  • Business development with rich technical sales management experience in a business center, cybercafe or ICT training outfit will be an added advantage.
  • Strong customer service, sales and management skills for generating revenue
  • Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
  • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skill.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with user dept./POPs in respect of equipment requirement needs in compliance with company laid down procedures.
  • Receive and confirm Waybills/delivery notes & supplier invoices and any other supporting documents deemed necessary and appropriate for Overseas Procurement.
  • Establishment and maintenance of accurate base stock, stock reorders level, minimum and maximum stock levels for major inventory items.
  • Regular monitoring and review of slow moving/ idle stock items and prepares necessary reports for management action.
  • Ensure that Inventory Items such as LTE and SME Devices are tracked ,traced and posted into the COS Ledger accurately.
  • Maintenance of a central asset register, asset value, as well as, condition assessment standards, continuous review, integration to corporate strategies and systems across all asset types as a total asset management system.
  • Prepare monthly closing reports of inventory, assets, depreciation, for Management report.
  • Provide support on General accounting treatment of transactions when necessary.

Educational Qualifications 

  • HND/BSC in Accounting
  • A professional qualification of ACA or ACCA professional certification  is a must with appreciable post qualification experience

Functional / Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of inventory accounting and asset management standard processes
  • Management of Business assets efficiently with little or no supervision.
  • Proficiency in the use of accounting software/ERP.
  • Minimum of 5 years in inventory/assets management and accounting functions.
  • A sensitive observer, good listener, pacific, bighearted, purpose driven, and humane

  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • HND, BA/B.Sc degree or equivalent.
