The VDT AGM was held this year on 11th June, 2019 at Radisson Blu Hotel, Victoria Island. The annual general meeting (AGM) is a mandatory yearly gathering of the company’s board members and stakeholders. At the AGM, the directors of the company are presented with an annual report containing information about the company’s performance and strategy. Afterwards the board meeting with management staff was held to share further information about the company’s performance.

At the event this year, the management staff and board of directors used the opportunity to mark the birthday celebration of the chairman, Mr. Tokunbo Talabi.
